Q: Will the carts fit into most spaces?
A: Yes, our carts can fit through almost every doorway and is approximately 45x25 in.
Q: Do you provide attendants?
A: Yes, there will be 1 attendant per 50 guests during y our event.
Q: How much is this going to cost?
A: The total cost will depend on various factors such as: the number of the guests, type of service, hours you choose, and alike.We will provide you with detailed invoice so you'd be able to see all charges to be incurred.
Q: What will be provided for my event?
A: We'll provide everything as we agree to and as outlined in our contract ( all the equipment, tools, products necessary to make and prepare the service you request).
Q: Do you offer any packages?
A: If you are interested in combining various services, we'll gladly discuss all options and create a package tailored to your event.
Q: What upgrades do you offer?
A: Please check here for upgrades. Generally, for a set fee we can extend the hours of service, provide glassware instead of plastic ware, customize serving ware, personalized napkins, signs and so much more.
Q: Do you need electricity?
A: For Crepe, Mini Pancake and Cotton Candy Cart we need access to electricity and will need to be in vicinity of electrical plugs. However, if that is not an option at your party we can definitively provide a generator, at a small fee. The Charcuterie Cart does not require electricity.
Q: What areas do you travel and serve?
A: We serve all of NYC 5 boroughs ( Manhattan, Queens,Bronx, Brooklyn, Staten Island), Nassau and Suffolk County including all the Hamptons, and Montauk, as well as Westchester, Bergen County, New Jersey and Greenwich, CT. If our Mobile Bar NYC has caught your eye and you are hosting an event outside of our service areas, please contact us! We love great events and are willing to travel anywhere to join good party.
