Our natural wood portable bar brings a warm, elevated look to corporate events, weddings and private celebrations. Its clean design works beautifully with custom menus, florals, signage and personalized event styling.
Hickory is a 6ft mobile bar that is fully collapsible and can enter into any space with ease.
Blanco
•Portable Catering Cocktail/Mockatail Bars•
A clean white portable bar designed for modern events, branded activations and elegant celebrations. Blanco creates a versatile backdrop that can remain minimal or be customized with event colors, signage and branding.
Our Blanco Bar is 4.5ft and if fully collapsible making it easy to enter into any space.
Horsy
•Horse Trailer Bar•
Our converted horse trailer creates a distinctive full-service mobile bar experience for outdoor events, weddings, corporate gatherings and private celebrations, with options for custom menus, styling and event branding.
Our Horsy is ideal for outdoor events as it's over 9ft in length and 7.5 ft in height.

A mobile champagne and spritz cart designed for cocktail hours, product launches, retail events, brunches and celebrations.
Serve champagne, spritzes, mocktails or other specialty drinks with customized menus and styling.
Our Spritz Cart is 4.5ft in width and overall height 6ft. It comes fully collapsible for easy access and entrance into any space.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: Will the bars fit into most spaces?
A: Our Mobile Trailer Bar is 7 feet wide and tall, length is 9 feet. For indoor events we would need a ramp in order to bring it inside. The portable bars and carts can fit through almost every doorway and are approximately 6x4.
Q: Do the bars require electricity?
A: For Mobile Trailer Bar we need access to power outlet within 5 feet where the bar would be stationed. In the event you are not able to provide access to electricity or have a generator, we can provide a Ryobi generator available for a small fee. As for our standard bars, we don't need access to the electricity.
Q: Who provides the alcohol?
A: We are a dry hire mobile bar and per the NY Alcohol and Beverage Laws we are unable to provide alcohol. That's why we are a BYO Bar and you are responsible for providing the alcohol, AGAIN per state laws. Based on the selected drinks we will provide suggested shopping list and connect you with one of our preferred vendors. For the champagne Cart we can provide wine and champagne, but will need at least 3 weeks prior notice.
Q:What kind of uniform are you wearing?
A: Usually we wear service standard black shirt and pants, but we are easily adaptable and you can specify and request our bartenders to wear any outfit that would blend with the style of your party.
Q: Can additional hours be added to service?
A: Absolutely yes. Each additional hour of service will be billed at $150.00/hr.
Q: Do you offer any packages?
A: Yes, we offer many packages but can always tailor them to fit your event needs.
Q: What upgrades do you offer?
A: We offer any upgrade for your event, including but not limited to glassware, custom bar branding, custom cups, stirrers, cocktail toppers and so much more.
Q: Can you decorate Mobile Bar NYC bars and carts for my event?
A: Yes, we are happy to decorate bars to match your event style.
Q: What types of beverages can be served from the Bars?
A: We serve everything from custom cocktails, mocktails, to champagne, and frozen drinks.
Q: What areas do you travel and serve?
A: We serve all of NYC 5 boroughs ( Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, Brooklyn, Staten Island), Nassau and Suffolk County including all the Hamptons, and Montauk, and Westchester.
